The archives for the TRAVEL LOG have all been moved! I will leave the Blogger site up for a while so people who have read the blog there will see the landing page and be redirected to my hosted site. But now, anyone who finds my blog at the hosted site will be able to read or search all the posts. It was tedious and slow work to move them in order and get the original date right and posting time at least close. I couldn’t find an easy way just to transfer over the content, so I did it one post at a time.
I’m really ready for the election season to be over. The Obama infomercial was on tonight. It was a magnificent study in corporate branding without a clear message. On the other hand, McCain is like the small business trying to compete with the corporate monolith, throwing every reason in the book to get us to sign up with him. Ugh!
I feel an ANYTHING BUT MARKETING! article percolating in all this mess, but I’ll have to wait until I can write it without yelling about both these guys.

TWISTING ROAD TRAVEL LOG
“Self-Discovery Is A Moving Target”
I’m about halfway through the “Find Your True Calling” study group in the Fast Track Your Dream program. We have reading and exercises to do every week to learn more about our natural gifts, talents, and passions, so I’m getting used to being surprised by some of my own responses. But I wasn’t ready to be so surprised when answering questions from a different source about my creative career change.

CHASING WISDOM Update
CHASING WISDOM is set to return in November in a modified format. I will not be producing six articles in four categories each month. Instead, I will produce one or two per month and might occasionally add more.
Much of the content of CHASING WISDOM in the past was focused on personal development, creative career choice, and self-employment. Those topics in the future will show up in articles here ON THE TWISTING ROAD.
The theme of mentorship as leadership may appear in articles on team-building and a coaching approach to supervising people.
CHASING WISDOM will become more of a playground for experimenting with creativity and exploring big thoughts… because that sounds like fun to me!
